Banco BNI obtained the ISO 9001 International Quality Certification

Banco BNI obtained the ISO 9001 International Quality Certification.

Banco BNI's Customer Ombudsman Department sees Quality recognized in the complaint management processes, ensuring, through formal methods, the full regularity in the resolution of its complaints or suggestions.

BNI reinforces, proactively and preventively, the capacity to respond to the requirements of the Banking Supervision entities.

Banco BNI obtained the ISO 9001 International Quality Certification, in the areas of Customer Support Banking Services, for the Contact Center and for the Customer Care Department, which was awarded to it by Bureau Veritas, one of the largest international companies in the domain of certifications.

This certification resulted from a project that began in July 2018, during which the processes of Banco BNI were evaluated by the aforementioned international certification company.

The certification now awarded places Banco BNI at the level of all institutions, both in Africa and internationally, whose objective is the permanent focus on the quality of its services and the persuit of satisfying all the Stakeholders.
