BNI - Document List

Be a BNI customer for at least 1 (one) year;
Legal status of the regularized company (documentation and activities in compliance with current legislation);
Carry out an economic activity and have adequate physical facilities and human resources capable of ensuring the provision of services safely and efficiently;
Not have, in the last 3 (three) months, credit classified at most as a Level E risk, in accordance with Notice no. 11/2014, of 17 December, nor appear on the CIRC register for reasons of issuing checks without provisions;
Proof of suitability of owners, managers, partners and members of corporate bodies of entities eligible for Banking Agent.

Certificate of registration of legal entities or other similar document;
Permit, valid activity license or equivalent document, issued by competent authority;
Audited financial statements, relating to the previous financial year, when applicable;
Proof of compliance with tax obligations, issued by the respective tax office, when applicable;
Criminal record certificate;
Valid identification document for company account subscribers;
Licenses, agency contracts, resellers and distribution agreements;
Proof of disclosure to the public of your status as a service provider for the contracting institution (Notice 07/2020, of April 2);
Certificate of educational qualifications and copy of the identification document of employees who will work as banking correspondent agents.

Custody of contracts and documents of the Banking Agent in the New Business Development Office (GNN);
The Bank's products and services sold by the Banking Agent have associated costs in accordance with the pricing in force at the Bank and/or the pricing published in a specific document;
The Bank Agent cannot make any charges on its own initiative, in addition to the commissions defined by BNI;
BNI/Bank Agent customers subscribe to the products and services available, in the respective forms in force at the Bank.
