1. What is a BNI Banking Agent?

The BNI Banking Agent is a legal person that represents and provides services inherent to the activity of the Banking Financial institution in facilities that do not belong to it, under terms previously agreed between the parties.

2. What advantages do I have in being a BNI Banking Agent?

Increase in the flow of people in your store - Increase in customers looking for the services provided by the Banking Agent; Contributes to the development and growth of your community; New source of income as you receive commissions for providing this service.

3. Will I need any new equipment?

No. The system connects directly via the internet to the computer you already have in your establishment.

4. What is my transaction limit?

Initially, the establishment, once approved by analysis of the documentation, will have a daily limit defined by BNI Bank available. Depending on the number of monthly transactions, this amount can be increased. (Through analysis)

5. What is the value of the commissions?

The value is defined by the table sent together with the contract.

6. What services can I offer?

The BNI Banking Agent is permitted to carry out the following activities: receiving and forwarding requests for opening and closing bank accounts, intrabank and interbank transfers, receiving deposits for savings and other applications previously defined by BNI Bank, cash deposits and withdrawals, in limits established by BNI Bank, taking into account the risk profile associated with the volume of transactions and the security conditions of the banking agent, making payment for services, obtaining bank account balances, obtaining an account statement, with minimum, defined information by BNI Bank.

7. Will I receive any financial assistance?

The support includes training and communication to and from the place of establishment, to be identified as a BNI Bank Agent.

8. Do you have another BNI Bank Agent?

Yes. There may be another, depending on the needs and flow of people in each location, as the objective is to be present in all provinces of Angola with excellence, always with the purpose of financial inclusion and compliance with the BNA warning

9. What activities are prohibited for BNI Banking Agents?

Carrying out overdraft debit operations, credit advances to be made available by the financial institution, carrying out foreign exchange operations, providing any type of guarantee in credit contract operations, carrying out banking operations subject to the supervision of the National Bank of Angola, carrying out credit contracts credit to be granted by a natural or legal person, issue, in their favor, obligations relating to intermediated operations, charge any fees, commissions or services related to the provision of services that have not been previously agreed with BNI Bank, use in its corporate name , expressions that suggest activities typical of Banking Financial Institutions, namely "bank", "banker", "credit", "deposits", "financial leasing" or other similar items that denote the exercise of the activity of a banking agent.

10. How do I become a BNI Banking Agent?

Gather all the documentation required by BNI Bank, obtain the appropriate certification to comply with the law, have a suitable environment to serve customers who seek BNI Bank's services and products, serve the customer and the general population with respect, impartiality and courtesy , in addition to proving the suitability of the company and its partners for registration.
